The Leeds Salon Individual Prize

From 2016, each year The Leeds Salon awarded an Individual Prize at the Debating Matters Yorkshire Regional Final / Yorkshire Championship to the student who we feel best represents the spirit of Enlightenment inquiry by asking lots of good, incisive questions – whether as a panellist and / or audience member. From 2024, the prize is now awarded at the Royal Armouries Sixth Form Debating competitions. The winner receives a book which represents an exemplary piece of contemporary Enlightenment literature.
